Shipping policy
- As this is a custom-made product, items will generally ship when they are ready.
- Japanese printed product: These will be preorder items and will be shipped as soon as the items are in the warehouse, anywhere between 3-6 months.
- Momiji factory-to-home: These products will generally be processed and shipped from the factory located in Asia, with a general turnaround time of 2-4 weeks. These items can be further reprocessed for domestic shipping if the recipient resides in the USA.
- While items are generally shipped Duty Directly Paid (DDP), there may be residual duty left, which will be the responsibility of the recipient.
